McKeesport Sportsmen's Association Meetings


We have two meetings every month.

Our General Membership meeting is the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM, excluding holidays.  We ask all Sustaining, Life, Junior, and Honorary members to attend.

The Board of Director's Meeting is held on the last Monday of each month at 7:00 pm except during the months of May, November and December. The meetings for these two months occur directly after the Membership meetings on the second Mondays. Only members of the Board of Directors can take part in the Directors Meeting.

Club Members may attend the Board of Directors meeting. Non-Members are not permitted to attend the Board of Directors meetings unless invited to attend by the Board of Directors. Club members or others wishing to take part in the meeting must get approval of the Board of Directors prior to the meeting. Individuals applying for membership must attend only the first part of the Board of Directors meeting in order to submit their applications and associated membership fees.


Any new member of our Association must be present for one Director's meeting prior to gaining membership to our Association.
